Chandlersales is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Saint John, NB. As an Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Branch Manager, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Financial Management: Process daily deposits, manage petty cash, and create purchase orders for branch expenses.
- Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Communication: Respond to internal and external inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Requirements:
- Education: Trade Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or related field.
