Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Oversee and guide a team of 11-15 employees, ensuring effective daily operations.
- Communication: Manage incoming mail and communications, including telephone calls and electronic inquiries.
- Meeting Coordination: Record and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Policy Implementation: Establish and enforce office procedures and policies.
- Recruitment: Plan and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients and respond to their inquiries and concerns.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Education: Completion of College/CEGEP is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years in a similar role.
- Setting: Willingness to relocate within the hospitality industry, specifically in restaurant operations.
- Work Hours: Flexible hours ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week.
