About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Kento Windows & Doors. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  • Task Management: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Supervision: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including supervising 1 to 2 people.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as spreadsheet software.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is not available.
  • Health Benefits: Dental plan and permanent work term with 32 to 35 hours per week.
