About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Kento Windows & Doors. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including coordinating office services, managing supplies, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week
