Painter and Decorator Helper

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter and Decorator Helper to join our team at Trident Painting Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Mixing and Applying Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work, including removing rubble and other debris at construction sites.
- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, and apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean work areas and maintain a safe and organized workspace.
This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. You will be exposed to noisy and dusty environments, and will be required to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements- Dependability: You must be reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: You will be working as part of a team, and must have efficient interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Physical Demands: You must be physically fit and able to perform the duties of the role, which include lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy materials and equipment.
