Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter and Decorator Helper to join our team at Trident Painting Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting our painters and decorators in various tasks related to construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Smooth rough edges using belt sanders or smoothing wheels.
  • Sand, trim, grind, or clean products into final form using hand tools.
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted.
  • Clean work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to work under pressure. The job involves physically demanding tasks, including working at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy and dusty conditions.

Requirements
  • Dependability and reliability are essential for this role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are required.
  • Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
