Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator Helper to join our team at CHAMELEON PAINTING LTD. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced painters and decorators in delivering high-quality finishes to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Help apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Participate in housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Support the team in various locations, including new construction sites and existing buildings.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to relocate and work in various locations.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, and safety vest are required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in painting and decorating.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and maintain attention to detail.
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to work at heights.
