About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter and Decorator Helper to join our team at Trident Painting Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mixing and Applying Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work, including removing rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, and apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean work areas and maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. You will be exposed to noisy and dusty environments, and will need to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
