Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter and Decorator Helper to join our team at Trident Painting Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting our painters and decorators in various tasks related to construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mixing and Applying Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work, including removing rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, and apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean work areas and maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a physically demanding work environment, with fast-paced tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Teamwork: As a team player, you will work collaboratively with our painters and decorators to ensure successful project completion.
