Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator Helper to join our team at CHAMELEON PAINTING LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced painters and decorators in delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces, following established safety protocols.
  • Participate in housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in painting and decorating or a related field.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, and safety vest.
