Position: Technical Analyst - Service Desk
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Required Qualifications:
- Completion or progress towards a certificate or diploma in a computing discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient with various fundamental software applications.
- Strong communication and time management abilities.
- Proven capacity and eagerness to acquire new tools and technologies.
- Reliable and dependable work ethic.
- Experience with maintaining and utilizing a knowledge base.
- General understanding of computer systems, analytical methods, and ITIL frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
