Required Qualifications:
  • Completion or progression towards a certificate or diploma in a computing discipline, coupled with 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication and time management abilities.

  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • Experience with updating and utilizing a knowledge base.
  • General understanding of computer systems, analytical methods, and ITIL frameworks.
