Required Experience:
  • Completion or progress towards a certificate or diploma in a computing discipline, coupled with 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency with various basic software applications.
  • Strong communication and time management abilities.
  • Proven capability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Dependable and trustworthy.
  • Experience with maintaining and utilizing a knowledge base.
  • General understanding of computer systems, analytical methods, and ITIL frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
