Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, analysis techniques, and ITIL processes.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Dependable and reliable with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English and French) or proficiency in other languages.
  • Experience with knowledge base management and updating.
  • Knowledge of basic software solutions and IT systems.
