Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to client inquiries and provide technical assistance to resolve computer-related issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems to identify and implement solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues encountered.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to improve technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a criminal record check.
