Powertrain Calibration Specialist

Powertrain Calibration Engineer for Emissions and Performance
- Accountable for creating engine calibrations that comply with emission regulations while optimizing system costs and ensuring performance
- Engagement with foundational engine hardware teams, testing facilities, and vehicle development groups
- Application of industry best practices in design and calibration methodologies
- Conducting verification tests aligned with powertrain system goals
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited institution
- Experience in the development of emission systems calibration
- Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited institution
- Experience with Hardware In the Loop development and database management
- Proficient in Matlab, Simulink, Data Acquisition, and Excel
- Hands-on experience with engine repair is essential
- Focus on gasoline engine calibration
- Position based in Ontario
- Willingness to travel to the US for meetings as needed
- Driving is a requirement
- This is a hybrid work position
