Cape Breton University (CBU) is seeking a collaborative and dedicated individual to join our esteemed Shannon School of Business as a Health Care Management instructor.

Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and informative lectures and seminars on Health Care Management topics.
- Develop and assess course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their academic work.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Health Care Management program.
- Engage in scholarly research and creative activities within the field of Health Care Management.
- Participate in university committees and service activities.
Candidates should possess a relevant PhD. Individuals with a Master's degree, professional accreditation equivalent to a Master's degree, or who have completed all requirements for a PhD except the dissertation may be considered for the position of Lecturer.
A demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence, research/creative/scholarly activities, and service is essential. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with a passion for education and a strong work ethic.
