About the Position

Cape Breton University is seeking a collaborative and experienced Health Care Management professional to join our faculty team. As a Health Care Management Professor/Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our Health Care Management program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Health Care Management courses, including Health Care Analytics and the Program Capstone course
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of our students and the health care industry
  • Conduct research and scholarly activities in the field of Health Care Management
  • Provide academic advising and mentorship to students
  • Participate in departmental and university service activities

Requirements

  • PhD in Health Care Management or a related field
  • Relevant teaching and research experience in Health Care Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
