Drive Business Growth with Sales and Account Management Expertise

At Sales Talent Agency Inc., we're seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to lead our sales and account management efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management, sales pipeline development, and executive sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute strategic accounts, SMB accounts, distributors, and resellers in the tunneling industry
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate growth targets
  • Coordinate executive sponsorship and relationship alignment between key strategic accounts and partners
  • Lead the development of communications materials for sales, working closely with the marketing team
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date client and sales data within the corporate CRM system, HubSpot

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of successful sales and account management experience in chemicals, particularly in the tunneling industry
  • Strong network in the large diameter tunneling space and subway projects
  • Degree/Diploma in Material Science, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field experience
  • Proven understanding of TBM/tunneling/horizontal drilling industry and chemistry
  • Critical thinking techniques and mid-senior level experience
