Business Development Director Job Description
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at ManpowerGroup Global Inc. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for capitalizing on opportunities to sell large-scale, comprehensive ManpowerGroup services within an established portfolio of Key Account clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create and deliver on account plans to increase client loyalty, deliver significant growth, and maximize share of wallet.
* Secure new and increased business with key account clients, focused on SOW or new sites to maximize revenue opportunity and deliver significant year-over-year growth.
* Develop and execute against Key Account plan to generate demand within under-tapped accounts (average portfolio size 10-15 accounts) and convert dormant contacts to ManpowerGroup brand advocates.
* Address account escalations with focus on client satisfaction and loyalty.
**Requirements**
* 5+ years sales experience, with 3+ years selling a solution/service.
* Bachelor's degree.
