About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at GeologicAI Inc. as a user support technician. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users, including giving access to computer networks, reporting on system performance, and consulting technical documents to resolve issues.
  • Offer advice and training to users, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software, and supervise other technical support workers in this group.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users, and set up equipment for employee use.
  • Manage incidents and provide customer service.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software development.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
