The successful candidate will act as a solutions provider, understanding, anticipating, and meeting customer needs, while ensuring our organization delivers effectively for the customer.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain strong business relationships with both existing and prospective customers, utilizing a consultative approach to deeply understand, anticipate, and meet their needs.
* Actively devise and implement strategies to expand and strengthen the customer base across diverse business segments, emphasizing problem-solving and customized solutions.
* Skillfully identify and engage with a broad set of key decision-makers within customer organizations, establishing influential relationships
* Travel extensively to engage both existing and potential clients across all markets
* Provide prompt and responsive service to customer inquiries, including RFQs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Keep accurate records of sales activities, contributing to transparent and effective sales management.
* Craft and deliver persuasive, tailored sales proposals that highlight our products' / company's unique value proposition, ensuring they are directly relevant and targeted for each customer
* Support marketing initiatives, including trade shows, conferences, and other events.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
* Offer valuable market and industry insights, along with customer feedback, to the team to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

**Reporting Structure:**

* Report to VP of Business Development & Engineering

**KPIs:**

* Achieve significant growth in new and existing accounts within North America, Europe, and non-China markets.
* Meet or exceed established sales targets.
* Successful introduction of new products to the market

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive supply industry.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
