General Sales Manager Opportunity

Rafih Auto Group, a leading Canadian automotive group, is seeking a seasoned General Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success.

About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced sales leader who can drive customer loyalty and department profitability. As a General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and evaluating a high-performing sales team, setting sales goals, and ensuring a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage the sales department's budget and ensure effective inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements affecting vehicle sales.
  • Foster a positive team environment focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Hold regular sales meetings and maintain open communication with the team.
  • Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously train the sales team on products and services.
  • Enhance the dealership's reputation and customer satisfaction through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement promotional and advertising campaigns to drive sales.
  • Ensure timely completion of sales and commission paperwork.
  • Manage vehicle inventory effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Support the used-vehicle department as needed.
  • Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers efficiently and effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading a large sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successful track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CRM management and customer retention strategies.
