Job Summary:

Emphasizing a consultative sales approach, the Sales Manager will act as a solutions provider, understanding, anticipating, and meeting customer needs, while ensuring our organization delivers effectively for the customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with both existing and prospective customers, utilizing a consultative approach to deeply understand, anticipate, and meet their needs.
  • Actively devise and implement strategies to expand and strengthen the customer base across diverse business segments, emphasizing problem-solving and customized solutions.
  • Skillfully identify and engage with a broad set of key decision-makers within customer organizations, establishing influential relationships
  • Travel extensively to engage both existing and potential clients across all markets
  • Provide prompt and responsive service to customer inquiries, including RFQs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, contributing to transparent and effective sales management.
  • Craft and deliver persuasive, tailored sales proposals that highlight our products' / company's unique value proposition, ensuring they are directly relevant and targeted for each customer
  • Support marketing initiatives, including trade shows, conferences, and other events.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
  • Offer valuable market and industry insights, along with customer feedback, to the team to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
Reporting Structure:
  • Report to VP of Business Development & Engineering
KPIs:
  • Achieve significant growth in new and existing accounts within North America, Europe, and non-China markets.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Successful introduction of new products to the market

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive supply industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
