Automotive Sales Strategist

Responsibilities- Develop and execute retail sales objectives by vehicle line.
- Manage monthly allocation versus schedules to optimize inventory flow.
- Identify top-performing and underperforming dealers to implement targeted strategies.
- Analyze dealer financial statements to understand performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as a key liaison between Mopar and its network of retailers, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Motivate and guide dealer personnel to achieve sales targets and enhance their expertise.
- Collaborate with dealers on programs that drive sales growth in both new and used vehicle segments, as well as aftersales services.
- Maximize district service and parts sales by promoting Mopar's comprehensive offerings.
- Support dealers with promotional activities and warranty claims to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and elevate technical expertise within dealerships through training and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in sales or related fields.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, particularly in sales or dealership operations.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English.
