Culinary Operations Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at 1330523 BC LTD, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Training: Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Order Preparation: Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff members.
- Policy Development: Assist in the creation of unit policies and procedures.
This role requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience in food service supervision.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Punctual and reliable.
