Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1299661 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our culinary operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Staff Management
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and submit reports on food sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies, ensuring that all financial resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
    • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
