About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1299661 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our culinary operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless food preparation and service.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Oversee and direct the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality service.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Lead and Motivate the Team

Lead by example, motivating and guiding staff to achieve exceptional results and maintain high standards of quality and service.

Ensure Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction

Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that food and service meet the highest expectations of our customers.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor who possesses excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

Physical Capabilities

Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and focus
