Client Support Specialist for Employee Benefits

We are in search of a skilled professional to join our team as a Client Implementation and Support Specialist for Maximum Benefits. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with new clients, Business Development Directors, underwriting teams, and advisors to facilitate the implementation and ongoing support of employee benefit programs. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work.
Key Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in group benefits
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Exceptional organizational capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing customer service
- Proficient problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Competence in MS Office applications
- Fluency in both French and English is advantageous
