Client Support Specialist for Benefits

We are on the lookout for a skilled professional to join our team as a Client Implementation and Support Specialist for Maximum Benefits. In this position, you will collaborate closely with new clients, Business Development Directors, underwriting teams, and advisors to facilitate the implementation and ongoing support of employee benefit programs. This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing for both in-office and remote contributions.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience in group benefits is preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision
- Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Exceptional organizational capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing customer service
- Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in both French and English is an advantage
