We are seeking a talented Benefits Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with new clients, Business Development Directors, underwriting specialists, and advisors to ensure the seamless implementation and ongoing support of employee benefit plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with new clients to understand their specific needs and goals for their employee benefit programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Development Directors and underwriters, to design and implement customized benefit solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the implementation process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain accurate records of client information and benefit plan details.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes related to client onboarding and support.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the group benefits industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in French and English is an asset.
