Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for effectively communicating insurance products to clients, meeting deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness, and reaching monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate insurance products to clients and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Meet deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Reach monthly sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • OTL and/or LLQP License preferred but not required at the time of interview.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic.
  • Diligent and hardworking.
  • Proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Professional demeanor and extraordinary customer service skills.

What We Offer

Vince Ippolito Insurance Agency offers a challenging and rewarding environment with competitive compensation. Starting salary of $52,500 per year with a generous commission package. First-year employees should reach if not exceed $10,000 in additional commission on top of base salary.
