Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized service and solutions to our existing clients, as well as bringing on new clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Client Relationships

Establish and maintain personalized contact with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Insurance Sales and Service

Work with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide options to meet those needs, including property, auto, and commercial policies.

Policy Administration

Work with the agent and team to service existing clients, complete requests for policy changes, and follow up on outstanding items.

Client Communication

Communicate with clients to discuss their insurance needs, provide options, and ensure they are satisfied with their policies.

Requirements
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

Insurance Knowledge and Experience

Previous experience in insurance sales or service, with a Property and Casualty license (OTL or RIBO) preferred.

Language Skills

Fluent in English is required, with Spanish fluency an asset.

Time Management and Multi-Tasking

Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task to meet client needs.
