- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our client base and increase revenue through strategic partnerships and referrals.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Insurance Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products.
- Business Acumen: Ability to analyze business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Insurance Licenses: Property and Casualty license (OTL or RIBO) or prior experience in the insurance industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, with Spanish language skills an asset.
- Additional Certifications: LLQP life insurance license or prior experience in sales and customer service.
