Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for effectively communicating insurance products to clients, meeting deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness, and reaching monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Insurance Product Communication: Effectively communicate insurance products to clients, including Auto, Home, Commercial, and Life insurance.
  • Meet Deadlines: Meet deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Products: Possess in-depth knowledge of insurance products and how they help clients manage their risks.
  • Sales Performance: Reach monthly sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the agency's success.
Qualifications and Experience
  • OTL and/or LLQP License: Possess an OTL and/or LLQP license, preferred but not required at the time of interview.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience, preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Customer Service: Professional demeanor and extraordinary customer service skills, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
