We are a dynamic and growing insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective communication and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate insurance products and services to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of each product.
  • Meet sales targets and exceed client expectations through proactive and responsive communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product developments to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • OTL and/or LLQP License preferred but not required at the time of interview.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic.
  • Diligent and hardworking.
  • Proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Professional demeanor and extraordinary customer service skills.
