Lead Software Engineer and Agile Facilitator
Overview:
As a pivotal member of our development team, you will play a dual role that combines technical expertise with agile leadership. Your contributions will be essential in addressing significant challenges within the healthcare technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and develop cutting-edge software for medical devices, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Serve as a Scrum Master, organizing and facilitating all scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership in software architecture and best practices, driving engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, systems engineering, quality assurance, hardware, and regulatory affairs, to align on requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master with substantial experience in agile methodologies.
- Strong educational background in Computer Science (BS/MS) or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in C++, Linux, networking, and cybersecurity, with a focus on developing embedded systems that interface with sensors.
- Demonstrated experience in developing network protocols (TCP/IP, OpenSSL) and implementing cybersecurity measures.
