Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Execute all steps of the sales process: prospecting, closing, and continued growth.
  • Provide a solution-based sales approach targeting customers with scale and high-value products.
  • Collaborate internally to onboard customers successfully and maintain a high level of service after sales.
  • Build competitor, market, and industry knowledge.
  • Utilize CRM and Tableau information to make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify and qualify new business prospects, targeting Tenaquip's ideal customer profile.
  • Generate leads via cold calls, emails, online research, networking, and referrals.
  • Grow and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Travel to meet potential clients locally.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent Tenaquip and generate leads.
  • Build an engaged and active pipeline that is updated regularly.
Qualifications
  • University degree or college diploma in the Business field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of industrial-related outside sales experience.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
