Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Associate to support our Key Account Channel in meeting sales targets within a geographical territory of customers.

This customer-facing role requires regular and frequent customer interaction, and to be successful, the Sales Associate must be well-organized, self-motivated, and possess a strong will to win.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service all Tier 1 and Tier 2 chain accounts under the guidance of the Sales Manager and Key Account Manager.
  • Support a regular call cycle and service of Tier 1 & Tier 2 chain accounts.
  • Work with the Sales Manager and Key Account Manager to support their needs in highest volume accounts.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in chain accounts for the territory to support Corby's overall business goals.
  • Apply promotions to Corby's product portfolio as approved by the customer's head office.
  • Report inventory issues to the Key Account Manager promptly or handle the situation themselves.
  • Develop and assist in loading monthly and quarterly sales objectives into Corby's CRM and track progress.
  • Understand and execute Corby's standards in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Key Account Manager.
  • Learn and implement the 'Corby Approach to Selling' standards in each sales call.
  • Contribute positively to the overall team performance and dynamics.
  • Report competitor information and activity to the Sales Manager and Key Account Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong customer service experience with proven success in a sales/service environment.
  • Industry-related sales experience is an asset.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Valid driver's license and use of vehicle.
  • Team-oriented.
