We are a leading provider of high-quality stone products, seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales supervisor to join our team. As a sales supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, managing merchandise inventory, and overseeing the performance of sales staff.

Job Summary

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for supervising sales staff, assigning duties, hiring and training new employees, and coordinating activities to achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to manage a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 1 year of experience in a sales or operations position, preferably in the stone industry. You should possess a strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and conflict resolution techniques. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance Management
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Merchandise Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise
    • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely restocking
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • SUPervise and train sales staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards
    • Assign duties and tasks to ensure effective use of resources and maximize productivity
  • Customer Service and Conflict Resolution
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
    • Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business
