Position Overview

As a Sales Consultant for PepsiCo Beverages Canada, your primary focus will be on driving business expansion through the acquisition of new clients and the nurturing of existing relationships across various market segments. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our presence in your designated area by fostering ongoing, positive interactions with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing our sales strategies through effective selling, merchandising, and creating eye-catching displays within a specifically assigned territory
  • Engaging and onboarding new clients to PepsiCo products, services, and promotions to enhance our in-store visibility
  • Informing and exciting customers about our current beverage offerings and forthcoming innovations
  • Developing assigned accounts to meet sales, market share, product distribution, and customer service objectives
  • Identifying sales opportunities to boost incremental displays and promotional initiatives in-store
  • Utilizing your understanding of PepsiCo's key financial metrics to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Assessing customer business requirements and analyzing market trends to formulate service solutions
  • Delivering exceptional sales consultation, customer service, and innovative solutions
  • Collaborating closely with delivery and merchandising teams to ensure top-notch service for all Pepsi accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Completion of post-secondary education is mandatory
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required
  • Ability to perform the physical tasks associated with display construction and product merchandising
  • Experience in Food Service or Consumer Products is preferred
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
