About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TekKlinik. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing schedules, setting deadlines, and tracking progress.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
