About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SkySail Immigration. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our team by providing administrative support, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordination and Organization
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and to-do lists.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Experience with database management and data entry.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and other administrative tools.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work independently with minimal supervision and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
