About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at MAPLE GLOBAL CONSULTING LIMITED. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and other administrative documents.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics and coordinating with vendors.
  • HR Support: Provide support to the HR department, including coordinating staff consultation and grievance procedures, and maintaining employee records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, including participating in meetings and contributing to team projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
