Position Overview

The Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions at First Canadian Truck & Forklift Training Centre. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be willing to relocate if necessary. Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer and direct telephone calls and messages
  • Respond to electronic inquiries
  • Compile and maintain data, statistics, and other relevant information
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems
  • Oversee office management tasks
Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with a valid driver's license and a willingness to travel as needed.
