Account Sales Manager - US Mass & Drug

MAV Beauty Brands is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Sales Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving and executing a retail sales plan for a mix of retail and distributor partners, resulting in sales and profit growth of existing and new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve brand goals and prioritize opportunities
  • Manage each account budget by monitoring sales trends to ensure account profitability
  • Conduct post-promotional analysis and provide insights for future planning
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive distribution, shelving, pricing, and merchandising objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • ~4+ years of Sales, Account Management, Merchandising, or Category Management experience
  • Strategic and proactive thinking to develop sales strategies
  • Comprehensive analytic abilities to understand market trends and develop strategies to close gaps and increase sales
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship building skills
  • High proficiency with advanced skills in Microsoft systems (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Nielsen/IRI, with the ability to interpret and understand market and retailer POS data
