This role is responsible for developing and executing a retail sales plan that meets or exceeds sales and profit targets for a mix of retail and distributor partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail landscape, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a retail sales plan that meets or exceeds sales and profit targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and distributor partners
- Monitor sales trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve brand goals and prioritize opportunities
- Manage account budgets and ensure account profitability
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of sales, account management, merchandising, or category management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Nielsen/IRI skills with ability to interpret and understand market and retailer POS data
