Account Sales Manager- US Mass & Drug

MAV Beauty Brands is seeking a skilled and results-driven Account Sales Manager to drive sales and profitability growth for our US Mass & Drug business.

This role is responsible for developing and executing a retail sales plan that meets or exceeds sales and profit targets for a mix of retail and distributor partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail landscape, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a retail sales plan that meets or exceeds sales and profit targets
  • Manage and analyze sales trends to ensure account profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve brand goals and prioritize opportunities
  • Conduct post-promotional analysis and provide insights for future planning
  • Manage administrative and account maintenance tasks, including project management and tracking
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of sales, account management, merchandising, or category management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Nielsen/IRI skills with ability to interpret and understand market and retailer POS data
