Account Sales Manager- US Mass & Drug

MAV Beauty Brands is seeking a skilled and results-driven Account Sales Manager to drive sales and profitability growth for our US Mass & Drug business.

This role is responsible for developing and executing a retail sales plan that meets or exceeds sales and profit targets. The successful candidate will work closely with our internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a retail sales plan to drive sales and profitability growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage account budgets and track sales trends to ensure account profitability
  • Conduct post-promotional analysis and provide insights and recommendations for future planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve brand goals and prioritize opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • ~4+ years of Sales, Account Management, Merchandising, or Category Management experience
  • Strategic and proactive thinking to develop sales strategies and translate them into distribution, shelving, pricing, and merchandising objectives
  • Comprehensive analytic abilities to understand market trends, future opportunities, and develop strategies to close gaps and increase sales
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • High proficiency with advanced skills in Microsoft systems (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
  • Nielsen/IRI, with the ability to interpret and understand market and retailer POS data
