Bilingual Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers across Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service and ensure that our customers receive a superior experience during every interaction.
- Financial Services Support: Assist customers with questions and support regarding their personal loans, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Problem-Solving: Identify customer needs and efficiently resolve inquiries, taking accountability to solve issues from beginning to end.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our financial services and products.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is required.
- Experience: 1-year experience working in inbound customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Financial Services Background: A financial services background is an asset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is necessary.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills are required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
